Breakfast:
My food allergy sweetie had a Van's whole grain waffle with Nutella, and my younger daughter and I each had an Eggo Nutrigrain waffle spread with Nutella. Both girlies had milk & I had coffee (another rough night of sleep in our house).
Lunch:
Both girlies had natural turkey sandwiches on 100% whole wheat bread with carrot sticks, apple slices, and Simply Lemonade in their Thermoses. I had another Smart Ones entree for lunch.
Afternoon Snack:
The girls and I each had a piece of 100% whole wheat bread spread with Nutella. Sooooo yummy! :-)
Dinner:
I'm feeling under the weather, so I'll be having hot and sour soup that my sweet hubby picked up for me this evening. I find that it helps when my sinuses & throat get angry. The hubby & girls will be eating leftover Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets, Oven Roasted Cauliflower, and sweet potato fries.
What did your family eat today?
We had cinnamon pancakes, bacon & strawberries for dinner. We put peanut butter & syrup on the pancakes & serve with a glass of cold milk. :+)
